Me and Brian Jones.

I have known Brian for about 20 years when I started doing classes at the National Glass Centre.  He and his mate Norman Veich worked for Pyrex glass. When the Pyrex factory closed they set up Wearside glass, a company specialising in flame worked glass. This is where the glass is worked on a bench with a torch. They specialised in laboratory equipment and small sculptures. They have worked with glass artists to make bigger or specialised pieces. They have done amazing pieces for Luke Jerram an British artist from Bristol. 
Norman has retired now and moved south.
