Remembrance Day

Obviously this picture was not taken today but I have kept it, unedited on my camera's SD card for many weeks just waiting for today.

Although today is Remembrance Day the Festival of Rembrance on Saturday night and the service from the Cenotaph on Sunday are the two very special events for me.

It was a lovely morning for those who were laying Poppy wreaths at the many war memorials in towns, villages and even church yards.
