40s dancers

Have seen these dancers a few times on a Saturday afternoon, not a time that I often go into town and I can't remember what they are called...you can hear the music from quite a way off so you are drawn in, they had quite a few people gathered to watch, not that you can see from this shot. I would have thought they'd get people to join in, maybe they have tried in the past and know better.
