Thinking of Scotland...

     ...and my blipping Scot friends as I nibble on a newly opened box of wonderful shortbread.
For some reason the local supermarket has these treasures on sale. I normally or rarely can afford them. We seem to be importing nicely from Scotland now! These are in the pre-holiday foods array.
I will be looking at this same market where a year or two ago we has imported mine pies/tarts. Could be a happy winter surprise.
