A busy day - back to the doctor to get results of tests - they still say the pain in my leg is arthritis...so I got some painkillers to use when its really bad!!

The motor on the electric gate was fried....obviously the lightning strike did that too so the guy has gone to get another one - maybe tomorrow!!

I got some planning for training in December started....

Went to check the tyres on my vehicle as rainy season is upon us and they need to be in good condition.  Unfortunately I need to buy 2 new tyres, but better to be safe...
