Remembrance Day.
The Feast Day of St. Martin de Tours.
The sun is shining and there is a wonderful sense of reflection and community connection here.
I had a walk to the war memorial and some teachers were there with a group of children who were kitted out in yellow fluorescent safety jackets. They were looking at the names of the soldiers and servicemen who gave their lives so we might live in freedom. Not to forget all the animals.
There is so much to be appreciative of, when we think of the sufferings and sacrifices people made.
It is our responsibility to do our very best to remember them and sow seeds of peace and faith in the true teachings of Christ. Love God and love our neighbours.
