Chin-Chin!!

What a fabulous afternoon. Carole, Pat, Ellen and I went to The Radisson for champagne afternoon tea. We dressed up in our finery and sat in the window watching the world go by. The Rocky Horror Show is on at the Opera House tonight and there was a constant parade of whacky, outrageous costumes going past, it was brilliant.

I had a Gentleman's tea which has rustic sandwiches, a hot yorkshire pudding with gravy and beef, a tiny piece of battered fish with two chunky chips on mushy peas and a hot pork pie and then two small scones with jam and clotted cream. Deeeelicious!

The others had a classic afternoon tea with little cakes instead of the hot savoury bits. Pat and I shared each other's so I tasted the white chocolate cheesecake and the divine lemon meringue pie.

The Fab Four had a fab day :)
