Backblip

I felt quite rough this morning from the recent stress so took a bit of time off this afternoon to have a little sleep. Not that I felt much better afterwards. 

This is another from the MU flowers last week. I'm not a fan of ornamental cabbage but I did like the shape and colour of this for a photo.
