Full of Sap

You can see the size of the compression used to get the sap from the barrels to the "blimp" -- almost a hand-held type. And the colourless sap has just about filled up the tank for this trip.
Id seems so "industrial" but the tubes, hoses and containers are all of clean and food grade materials.
Tomorrow will probably be another/different blip... Easter Sunday and all...
