Mini puddings for Christmas

Between us we made 17, 4 to go elsewhere the remainder are destined for the freezer, well apart from one, we did a tester this evening and quite happy with it.

In extras John preserved a few lemons in salt in two jars, we cut sone up for tg3 freezer with future G and T drinks in mind and a few apples lightly cooked for the freezer, these recently picked, Cool Blush and probably not keepers. A good morning until my brother in law phoned and thank goodness John answered, my sister has had a heart attack. Later news told us she had a balloon type procedure, for some reason they couldn’t fit a stent for a few weeks. Hopefully we will find out more tomorrow. As you can imagine lots of phone calls around the family, a strange feeling.
