I don't know why I didn't think if it before, but this morning I googled the address of yesterday's blip. It's called Upload Studios and it's Edinburgh's first studio where you can make podcasts. The design on the left side is the initials US. I can sleep now!

I made it to the park this morning and  a few people asked where I'd been.
Together J and I planted over 100 primulas while others did the same in other areas. It was a lovely mild morning. Afterwards as usual a cup of tea and chat.

Then later along to therapy where I spoke about 'you know what' that happened years ago and got me into this place. With different questions asked I said stuff I didn't know I felt.
