Miroir d’Argentine

The Miroir d’Argentine looked beautiful this afternoon. Below the rock face the trees have changed colour and there is still a touch of snow left.

We cycled to Solalex after work, via Les Pars, then on to Frience. The recent snow has melted and even Frience Lake had thawed (see yesterday when it was still frozen). There are no gates on the tracks at the moment as they’ve all been taken down in preparation for the skiing.

After we got back, I did a bit more cutting down in the garden before friends came round for a cup of tea.
