Auld Dreichy....

......was gray, and occasionally wet but not so cold, and importantly not windy. I spent the day in a leadership training course learning how to control anxiety caused by ambiguity.......I didn't know was I anxious about it, but there you are.

I've been made a compelling offer to take-up a programme manager role, i.e. "you're doing it". I start in two weeks and I'll be splitting my time between Edinburgh and Leeds. Can't say I'm too keen to be on my business travels again, but Leeds is light years better than my last posting in Chatham. Hey ho.
