But jayzis, that cycle back up the hill on less than optimally inflated tyres was a bit tyring... 
Still, 43 minutes between log off and log back in, 3 dives, no head-on collision with the bull seal, a few frightened grannies, 4 oblivious Chinese fishermen and two nostrils flushed with free saline solution, lunchbreaks don't come much better than that.
