End of the day

There's been no outdoor activity during the day, partly because of the non inviting weather but mostly because I had two guitar-students, one in the morning after breakfast and one after lunch. Usually my lessons are at least an hour and a half, plus some preparations so there's not really time for much else this time of year. After Tony had left, it was all dark and there was no real point in going out. Yoga happened instead and that will be todays blip, summing up a day of fun teaching and ending with me being taught a better way to take care of my body.
