Glorious day

The first face to face workshop at work was held today since the pandemic. It was a very special occasion to see colleagues. All of us were overwhelmed with the occasion and some of us wept with happiness and joy. COVID has been very cruel.

The best part of the day was having lunch together. Everything was very well organised in a COVID-safe way. 

It was a memorable day. Two lessons from COVID19 experience: never to take anything or anybody for granted; and technology can never replace face to face socialisation. 

Good news: last night I checked if I could fit in one of my work jackets. It still fits well.
