Miller Ground

Dull and wet this morning.  The forecast showed that the clouds should lift this afternoon so a trip into the Lakes for a blip.  First to Miller Ground where we were rewarded with lovely autumn colours.  I note that this is a blipsnap with this day in 2018!

Then to a well-known Kitchen/Home shop in Windermere with an exceedingly good cafe to scout for Christmas presents (and enjoy refreshments which may have included sticky toffee cake).

Home via another stop in the village (PJH).  Good afternoon.
