Squirrel Nutkin

My shed roof is a very popular spot for pigeons, sparrows, starlings and my regular squirrel visitor. I think today he was trying to let me know that the peanut feeder was empty .... a visit to the pet shop tomorrow to stock up on food for my visiting wildlife.

It has been a lovely day but it does get dark so early and I'm so tempted to stay home and not go to patchwork tonight ..... I will drag myself out but I don't really enjoy driving in the dark.
