Smoked Salmon

I'm at my country home and having great time here.
Today we made smoked salmon. It's very easy and fast with that metal box, we put alder chips in it and then just lay it on the fire. And don't forget the fish :D. It takes about 30-45 min. quite fast. :)

It's delicious! :)
