MYSTERY PLANT
The guided meditation on the CALM APP today, was about
learning to calm our "city energy." That is, unplugging from that
constant buzz from our pressing work & family demands, our never-ending
TO DO list, & the constant background noise in our lives. All of those are so much a part of our day, that it can be difficult to turn them off & give our brain a rest.
With practice, meditation can help to calm the "city energy," that seems to control our every waking minute. It may seem impossible to find the time to meditate, but it is worth it. A brief period of meditation helps calm the rest of the day.
