Cumbria Quilters make these heart cushions to tuck under your arm after breast/lymph surgery.  Aside from the physical comfort they bring,  there’s also a some psychological consolation knowing others have gone before you. It’s a bit like they're holding your hand.

They also made two beautiful bags to house the drains pouches,  but I’ll spare you sight of those.

To my fellow women of the world:  Check your boobs! Attend your breast screenings. If something doesn’t feel right, keep going back.  Keep banging on the door.  Be the squeaky wheel.
