Anchored straight back with a walk on the tops. I had to see the drifts to believe them. One stile is now reached via steps up trodden in to snow that's compacted down to ice.
A model reindeer has appeared in the plot of flowers next to the pub. Some wag's been in the Christmas decs; we no longer have to dream of a white Easter, it's a reality.
Friends stayed over en route to their holiday destination; the perfect antidote after yesterday's goodbyes. Bonus, we now have a clean house. MrP had put a load of photos up. The boy done good.
