Lovely morning down at the Titanic Quarter in Belfast... The Honesty Cafe was closed , unfortunately (you just leave what you think is a reasonable price and enough to buy a coffee for someone who can't afford one... They made a profit last year!)..HMS Express was in port...It was freezing, but bright and sunny!.. These bikes are available for anyone to use...
