Anne Lister.

Another extremely windy day; cobwebs remaining from yesterday or gathered overnight suitably blown away this morning!!

This afternoon I've enjoyed a trip to The Piece Hall popping in and out of all the lovely, little independent shops. It's also the first time I've seen the sculpture of Anne Lister which was unveiled at the end of September.

Anne Lister was born in Halifax and the diaries of this entrepreneur and landowner are now the subject of Gentleman Jack as seen on BBC. They're estimated to contain five million words documenting her life in the early 19th century.

It's now time for a cosy evening with the Strictly results show...and then the spine chilling Angela Black!
