Mismatched pair (Day 2374)

Another poor day weather wise. It was fairly windy with frequent, heavy showers.
After taking Sigyn for her morning wander up the hill, I spent a while mouse-proofing an under-stairs cupboard we use as a larder while my beautiful wife was away doing hoss stuff.
HV returned home with Evie the Wonderdog - we had agreed to take her out for mum and dad because of the awful weather forecast. The wander out wasn't as bad as expected. It only rained while I was walking into the wind. On the way back to the truck it was dry.
Back home I settled down to watch the rugby while HV zoomed off to a 24 hour shift at work.
