BRR!!!!

Who knows what is going on out in the harbour this afternoon?  There's a large lobster boat-like vessel racing back and forth, backing up at high speed, and then shooting forward and careening around in circles.  Meanwhile, three frogmen are in the water ... searching for something lost? researching some sort of marine life?  We can't figure it out! 

All I do know is that it's very chilly today with a brisk breeze, and I certainly would not want to be in that frigid water.  I hope the Mario Andretti wannabe boat captain has some hot cocoa brewing for them when they come back aboard!
