Hands, knees, and a boomps a daisy................

Although it was a sunny morning , J decided to go to Llandow in the car as he was tired after the long journey yesterday. John was bragging to Des about Cardiff winning the footie match. Des took it in good spirits but was secretly grinding his teeth. Walked home, and started off without my hat, but I was walking into the wind, so the hat went on and I felt much better. On the way home, I pass a house  which has a  hospital bed in the downstairs window  with someone who is obviously seriously ill. I always feel very grateful that I am lucky  to be healthy , because after all, it's the greatest gift, ever. I think that Dan or Adam will be going home tonight on Strictly. I may  be wrong.
