The Feast Day of St. Congar
It is windy and wintry, 12c and I have just had a quick walk to find a blip before Songs of Praise begins. We are having a good relaxing weekend, baked a tea loaf, and earlier watched an excellent BBC1 show presented by Ben Fogle, about Scotland's Sacred Islands, with a focus on The Shetland Isles. They are very beautiful, and spiritually "thin places", where the heaven world feels near.
