siblings

a lazy day today
hot cross buns were on the menu for breakfast
(very good since news since the last week i have been on a fairly strict self-induced diet)
followed by a lazy drive around the dales and another hot cross bun with Biggles and brother#1.
then a really good long nap.
stopping everything has made me really realise how exhausted i really am.

i also stopped to ponder what this day was like for Jesus:
good friday...

yesterday was the first time in a while that the sun was shining so we put on our wellies and went for a brother/sister walk. we took this picture :)
big brothers are special....im very lucky for the good relationship i have with both of mine.

the evening was full of socialising.
old church friends who i havent seen in a few years
and then school friends who have all moved on and we were just catching up.
its interesting to see where everyone is going/doing and with whom!
i dont want to fit a mould that some of them are filling.
i want to live a life that is radical, on that glorifies God.
