Haddo House

Popped over to the Christmas Market at Haddo House with Lynn and Steve today. This picture is of the main part of the market which is in the theatre. Jen has plenty of memories of coming here as a Brownie / Rainbow / Guide / Young Leader for the panto. I particularly like the old sleds on the wall along with the stag heads.

Got a few bits. Some for us. Some for presents for others (including a friend in Australia that you can never work out what to get until you see it and know instantly ‘THAT!’). Enjoyed a giant cookie (dinner plate size) with Oreo in the middle. Had to split it between us!

Kara enjoyed walking in the grounds and picking up soaking wet leaves. Wasn’t quite as sure when a couple of dogs came up close for a sniff but also wasn’t scared. Think she worried they’d steal her leaves!

Think we were lucky in comparison to the rest of the country. Bit of rain this morning then dry for the rest of the day including an afternoon walk.
