BOOM!

Fireworks exploding all around our village tonight. Please spare a thought not only for the elderly and animals who are terrified by the noise but also for us veterans, some of which are transported by the flashes and noise right back to the middle of firefights they had during conflicts in the past. Those with PTSD are deeply afraid of evenings like this and that is the reason that I am against the public being able to purchase them.
