Sunbathing Chamois

Front view of the chamois and 2 more in extras to show how cold it was on the way to the Pas de Cheville today! Such a wild, windy, walk in the new snow with perfectly clear skies which are due to last a few days. Exhausted now though, it took us almost twice as long to do the walk as we normally take in the summer! Thank goodness 4 people had gone up before us and made the tracks! At the point of taking the chamois photos I fell forward onto my telephoto lens and had to take the UV filter off to use it, not ideal.
