Flower Friday ...
... last of the Black-eyed Susans.
We had a meeting with our financial advisor this afternoon and on the way home we stopped at Housenick Park for a quick walk. With the changing seasons we haven't been able to get out for our after supper walks so it was nice to be able to do this. There was plenty of sunshine and the temp was in the mid 50's F.
When we arrived at Housenick I was surprised (and delighted) to see a few Black-eyed Susans as we have had a couple of heavy frosts the past couple of nights. They must be very hardy flowers! But this one is starting to show it's age ... but it's still gorgeous to me.
Thanks to Anni (BikerBear) for keeping Friday's beautiful.
Just a reminder: Tomorrow (ok it's today as this is being backblipped!) is the first Saturday of the month! And in honor of Admirer it's the hosted Silly Saturday ... with me as your host. The main tag is: SilSNov2021 but you can also use SilS266 so that I might find you silly entries. I will be awarding hearts and honorable mentions the first part of next week.
