Another busy day

First, thank you so much for lots of lovely comments, stars and hearts for my 4000th blip yesterday. What a lovely lot you are!

Today began with the first frost this season, which made for a sunny but fresh day. Accompanied daughter and granddaughter to a garden centre for a browse and a lunch in the café. Then to The Spinney where there's a great outdoor play area amongst the trees - slides, swings and all sorts.

This afternoon I babysat while Mrs B went to the hairdressers and came home with fish and chips for all. Halfway through the afternoon, LMB (2-&-a-quarter today) went to the arts and crafts cupboard and announced painting as our next activity. This eventually included her painting one arm up to the elbow. As you do! But she loves cleaning and tidying, so no complaints there. I think we'll all sleep well tonight, mind you.
