Flower Friday

I decided to go to our local gardens this afternoon and although there were quite a few cars in the car park, there were very few people walking around so I mainly had the run of the gardens. This Salvia armistad  was actually outside on the path leading to the entrance. I used to have one of these salvias but I took it up when we had our garden redesigned and it had a long tap root. I don’t think you can move a plant which has a long tap root, they don’t transplant well. I have also put a lavender in extras. It was sunny this morning and rather overcast this afternoon but that was fine. Thanks to Biker Bear for continuing to host Flower Friday.
