Hexham General Hospital

This morning I marked time until Liz collected me for my appointment in Hexham. I had a flexible cystoscopy and all is well. The consultant was suitably expert and upbeat. He is confident that next week’s scan will be normal too! Nothing to worry about after all. Phew.

Knitting poppies seems to have become very popular. This display is on the grass beside the main hospital building. (I’m sticking with jumpers for refugees.)

My next job is to book flights for Orkney and to make sure we have enough cover for Mum while I’m away.
