Hebden Bridge

We drove over to visit my friend Louise in Hebden Bridge.  We walked along the canal between Stubbings Wharfe and Town,  the light was milky.  The smoke from the wood burner on the canal boat adds to the murk.

We had a nice lunch at Chapter 17 on the High Street then a mooch around the shops.

We set  off home before dark.  Fireworks lit up the sky as we came through the city centre at 5.30, the bangs are still rolling in the air.  A nice, calm dry evening for it!
