Honky Tonk

The past few evenings we’ve heard groups of Canada Geese fly over the house so we were pleased to see a few still swimming in the river near our local Boat Landing • We visited the Apple Shack today to pick up two homemade Lentil Shepherd’s Pies we special ordered. They’re delicious! We discovered them last year and decided they would be nice to have in the freezer to enjoy some cold night when yours truly doesn’t feel like cooking. I’m spoiled because MrsP is the dishwasher and never minds how many dirty dishes I make, but sometimes it’s nice to eat someone else’s cooking, plus it’s convenient • No mousie relocations this morning, not because they’ve left the building, but due to my setup error.
