Claudia Roden's new book, 'Med', inspired the rice and lentils this evening. I stocked up a little on wine in Sejny (duty going up soon) and was able to provide a choice of dates, Tunisian or Iranian. We still had a stray cucumber from the garden and salad and radishes are still forthcoming.
