Radical concept designed by an "emergency building architect" from Japan. Interesting concept and in reality looks like it will be beautiful and have some majestic height and light so really impressive so far. Wonderful easter weather and a brunch of salmon bagels in the Cashel St Mall container cafe, helps to put a nice spin on anything!
