Morning #2

Did I mention I like my morning commute?
Four degrees my nose was chilly but Twas gorgeous
Busy day made better with chocolate and prosecco from one patient from a few weeks back in whom I picked up a nasty iritis. Poor thing got pinned down at the hospital and injected with all sorts of crazy steroids and yet still grateful :)))

Back to Lucis for another cracking steak, made better with Mr Itison
