Train whistle blowing ....

A grand day out began with a train ride .
Our small bear slept well last night and didn’t awaken until 6.30 . He was happy to stay tucked in a while longer while I read some stories.
We took the train to Clitheroe , the main focus of the outing , played on the park equipment by the castle , had lunch out and then took the train home .
It’s the longest he had been away from his mum and dad , we were relieved he was ok, especially as he was coming down with a cold .
Now our weekend begins !
