The Death of Jesus
From noon until three in the afternoon darkness came over all the land. About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?" (which means "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" Matthew 27 v 45, 46

Good Friday is the day when Christians round the world will stop and remember Jesus death - crucified because of His love for us - humankind.

We remembered that tonight in a short service of remembrance, reflection, contemplation and devotion.

Before you is a picture reflecting the journey Jesus took to that cross - His walk to the garden, the betrayal from a friend, crown of thorns and a beating........death.

But this isn't the end.
"Its Friday....but Sunday's coming!"
