A new car

Just over half a century after dad drove home with a new VW beetle 1500, we acquired a VW. It is considerably larger and more sophisticated than the mechanically simple one we had growing up (although it fitted a family of four and a large Newfoundland dog and safely carried us all to Scotland and back several times). This one should fit all five of us, large dog and surf boards….
