Pizza

Sausage pizza. Wine: Renwood Fiddletown Zinfandel 2015.

Tonight's pizza did not lead to disaster like my last attempt. Things I've learned: the dough recipe I've used in the past is much better than the one I tried this time, and grating mozzarella instead of buying it pre-grated makes a huge difference (apparently the pre-grated stuff is starched so it doesn't clump in the bag, which also inhibits good melting).
