Frosty

I was surprised to see such a thick frost this morning given the weather forecast said it would be a lot warmer, just like its supposed to be dry now and it's pouring with rain. How much tax payers money do they get?

Tennis this morning was rather cold until my hands warmed up.

Parish council work this afternoon looking at the District council's local new housing plans. The old rejected one that is as they were ordered to start again having not followed the government process!

I'm not really being frosty :-)
