Wednesday Blip

A morning of Interval class, followed by a visit from my friend J for a session in my massage chair. This afternoon a quick message to Sue asking if she fancied a run out. After picking her up, I drove up to 
Woolacombe. We didn't get a walk in as it was rather chilly. There were odd showers around. So headed back to her house for a mug of tea before heading home.
