sunny Stonechat

Ooh it's getting colder! The struggle to find a coat that copes with the cooler earlier temps, and then isn't too hot when things start to warm up a bit!

But at least the blue skies lured me outdoors again so it was back to walking along Benfleet Creek and got rewarded with some nice birdies - stonechats, a swan, wigeon, cormorants, avocets, egrets to name but a few! Well worth the aches and pains I'm now suffering! The radox will be getting used a lot in the bath tonight!!
