Autumn in the Suburbs

Did my first parkrun and managed to run the whole 5K - hills included!* Pretty slow though - and far too knackered to think of taking any pictures afterwards...




*Slightly worried that my use of the word 'first' implies I might be taking part in this idiocy again...!
