Sketchbook

Creative today. I started it last night with the spray water bottle and old Pentel pen. It wasn't the best black&white drawing this morning when it dried. It is intended to be wild choppy seas...but...it is nothing like wild choppy seas...

First I thought it will be an ongoing painting for today, so I wouldn't be able to post it yet. And it might change to a landscape (in portrait mode) with trees and grass...

So, unless a miracle happened with it in the next hour...because I have to get on with the day...

Well, it took me all of two seconds to give up on the wild choppy seas in this painting in my sketchbook today.

And so, made a few mountains, some tree lined hills, and popped in some bamboo from my garden, which is threatening to take over and reach new heights...

And here is my failed choppy seas painting...

I need to get on with the day, so best this painting is out of the way...

Didn't have time to hide Popeye in the landscape (my goal is to hide Popeye in every painting I do now as a remembrance to him), and so (for this morning) I did a quick text pic in Snapseed on him...
